Refused Orders

Should you refuse to accept delivery of your Silk’n device at the time of its arrival, you will receive your credit minus any shipping costs incurred by Silkn Canada Corp. plus a 20% handling charge. Once we receive the unit and it is examined and approved by our returns department, we will credit your account.


Purchase orders are processed in real time, making it possible for customers to receive their Silk’n orders quickly, therefore cancellation is not possible after the order is confirmed. Please contact Silk’n Customer Service for return instructions 1-800-250-5053

Return Procedure

If you purchased your device from and you would like to return it, follow these simple steps:

Canadian Residents:

  1. Contact Silk’n Customer Service at 1-800-250-5053 to receive a Return Authorization Number. 
  2. A return confirmation email will be sent to you followed by a return shipping label.
  3. Carefully package all components/products that was included in original order in a shipping box and affix shipping label to the box.
  4. Once product is received by Silk’n a refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.
  5. Return shipping charges will be deducted from total refund. 

Foreign Residents:

  1. Contact Silk’n Customer Service at 1-800-250-5053 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
  2. A return confirmation email will be sent to you with Return Authorization Number.
  3. Carefully package all components/products that was included in original order in a shipping box and arrange shipping with an international shipper. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and duty charges.
  4. Once product is received by Silk’n refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.

Silkn Canada Corp. cannot accept returns for products purchased at 3rd party retailers. If you purchased your Silk’n from anywhere other than Silkn Canada Corp. you must contact the retailer directly for their return policy. 


A return will not be accepted without prior authorization. Your returned product must have a Silkn Canada Corp. Return Authorization Number. Returns without a Return Authorization will be returned to sender. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued.

Ensure product is carefully packaged (its original packaging materials are best) in order to avoid damage during shipping. Units returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit at the discretion of Silkn Canada Corp.

To obtain warranty service on a Silk’n Device, please follow these steps:


  1. In Canada, call our customer service at 1-800-250-5053. We can provide assistance and can answer any questions you might have. If you purchased your device from another country, please contact your country’s specific Silk’n representative, and we will be pleased to help you with any warranty related concerns.
  2. We will need to confirm your proof of purchase. Once confirmed, we will provide a Return Authorization number and instructions on the exchange procedures.
  3.  A shipping label will be issued and sent to the email address provided. The warranty stipulates that Silk’n will cover all return shipping costs for products within the warranty period. Outside of North America, shipping costs for any product is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  4. You must also comply with Silkn Canada Corp.’s instructions concerning shipment and the materials that must accompany the Device.

Warranty Coverage

Silkn Canada Corp. stands by their products and aims to replace any Silk’n Device (the “Device”) that is accompanied by a warranty. The warranty covers the extent that the Device exhibits materials or workmanship defects caused by Silkn Canada Corp. Device users are required to expressly comply with Silkn Canada Corp.’s shipment and materials instructions that accompany the device to validate the warranty.


Any replacement is subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty.


Who does the Warranty Protect?


Warranties are non-transferrable. Only the original purchaser of the Device is protected by the terms and conditions of the warranty. In addition, the warranty is only valid if the Device was purchased from or from an authorized Silk’n seller. To prove you are the original purchaser of the specific Device, you must provide the invoice or receipt from the specific transaction.


Duration of Coverage

Silkn Canada Corp. will cover replacement claims filed within one year from the date of the original purchase. Claims will not be covered regardless of the defect, if filed after one year from the date of purchase of the Device. A valid proof of purchase, which must indicate the original purchase date and an authorized Silk'n seller, is required.


Claims for a replaced device must be filed with Silkn Canada Corp.:

  • One year from the date of your purchase of the original Device or
  • Ninety days from the date that the Silkn Canada Corp. service centre ships the replaced Device to you.


Who Pays for Shipping Charges?


Upon receipt, Silkn Canada Corp. will inspect and test the Device to determine if the Device exhibits defects in the area of materials or workmanship or both. If it is determined that no defect exists as per the warranty, the purchaser will be required to pay shipping charges.


Not Covered by Warranty


The warranty explicitly outlined on supersedes all other warranties. This includes any implied warranties such as those of merchantability and fitness. Only this warranty can exclusively remedy any defect of the device, and the claimant must prove to be the sole purchaser of the warrantied Device.


Limits of Warranties


Under no circumstance, shall Silkn Canada Corp. be liable for any of the following damages:


  • Indirect
  • Special
  • Punitive
  • Exemplary
  • Incidental
  • Consequential

Without limitation, this includes damages for loss of use or charges for substitute equipment, regardless of the basis or reason for the claim. This covers the event in which the legal theory put forth proposes that Silkn Canada Corp. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event, shall Silkn Canada Corp.’s liability for damages exceeds the wholesale price of a single device unit as of the date that the cause of action accrues. If the remedies dictated by this warranty fail of their essential or intended purpose or if Silkn Canada Corp. is held to be liable for damages based on any legal theory.

The purchaser assumes all risk and liability for loss, damage or injury to you and your property and to others and their property stemming from the use or misuse of, or inability to use, the Device, except to the extent caused directly by the negligence of Silkn Canada Corp.


This warranty gives you specific legal rights pertaining only to You may also be protected under other rights depending on your geography. If your location in North America does not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or implied warranties, the above disclaimers and limitations may not apply to you.
